New Pricing on Certification Vouchers Effective September 4

For the first time ever – since the program launched in 2003 – all certification exam vouchers will increase slightly, to cover the rise in costs for secure web-based test delivery. Effective September 4, 2012, the price will be as follows:

Customer Service: $55.00
Sales: $55.00
Retail Management: $85.00
Retail Business Credential: $85.00

Retake vouchers are available for all certification exams. Pricing for customer service and sales are $35/each; retail management and retail business are $55/each.
