Retail Operations is an instructor-led curriculum incorporating five core areas of accountability for the entry-level front-line worker. Based on nationally approved and validated industry-driven competencies in Customer Service and Sales and aligned with the Professional Certifications in Customer Service and in Sales, this curriculum is a strong stand-alone classroom resource, or it can be paired with online courses to create a robust blended-learning program.
