Train Associates on the Basics of Retail Management
NRF University wired eLearning courses are being migrated to a new Learning Management System, managed by our long-time partner, Martec International. We are really excited about this development, which will mean an even broader menu of courses and services that will enhance your experience and knowledge of the retail industry.

Retail Management Training
The NRF Foundation's online Retail Management courses are designed to engage a new sales manager, but are also ideal for all retail managers who would like to learn and understand more about retail operations. Each course provides an overview of basic retail industry concepts and processes, as well as opportunities to understand the areas of accountability for a retail manager. These courses are available online and can be taken individually or as a series, based on your training needs.
